Using the Review System<\/h3>\n

Having a review system to a directory listing is a great user experience for users.

You can enable this by setting \u201cEnable Reviews & Rating<\/strong>\u201d to\u00a0YES<\/strong>. You can also restrict listing owners to post a review on his\/her own listing by setting \u201cEnable Owner Review<\/strong>\u201d to\u00a0NO.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Using Review Approval System<\/h2>\n

If you want to manually approve each review submitted by users then you can do that by setting\u00a0\u201cApprove Immediately?\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0option to\u00a0NO.<\/strong>

After that whenever a user will submit a review to a listing will see a popup window with a message saying \u201cWe have received your review. It requires approval.\u201d. You can change this message from the \u201cApproval Notification Text<\/strong>\u201d text area.<\/p>\n

Approving a Pending Review<\/h2>\n

All the submitted reviews will be available in \u201cDirectory Listing<\/strong>\u00a0\u2192\u00a0Reviews<\/strong>\u201c.

To approve a review go to the edit page of the review by clicking on Edit<\/strong> link of it, then change the\u00a0Status<\/strong>\u00a0option to\u00a0Approve<\/strong>\u00a0and click on\u00a0Update<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
