This is why we have introduced the announcement feature in our plugin. Using this feature an Admin can make an announcement to all the users or any selected users on your site and users can receive a copy of the announcement in their email.<br>To make the announcement navigate to <strong>Directory Listings &gt; Settings &gt; Tools &gt; Announcement<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can select all the users or you can select specific users to make the announcement. Therefore, select the option according to your preference.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/BG-wi-NanJs-WfXcrz8WPX41TmdUnNLOJ8Q2iYyDmDnBu1H0Ovnc9u9q5jb5w8EYni42hOzHW_wwTr0Pv_by2-GfBE_Uykcp655l9_jd9zu_Xeovc9tWBpyKlcGdn1rdynZAF4N3kiTn4yi6bw\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If you select the \u201c<strong>Selected User<\/strong>\u201d option then you will be able to select the Recipients.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/ev2jYKR9Y9ePS2HW-4r8MzX5319AsDPxl4s7vjl9G9iCxJDG8DZus1mJk0IUKvuzVcShp3w-TAWrmJ7sxQrjDzuaJVOHXZttfGs4zzFB0F1yYESI0I32a5IuRYcb-p-0fLbcC50viSLv4kiaMw\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can set the expiry days in the \u201c<strong>Expires in Days<\/strong>\u201d option.
