When a claim is made or a claim status changes, both the admin and the claimer receive notifications. You can edit those notifications very easily.<\/p>\n

Please go to Directory<\/strong>\u00a0Settings > Email Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You can customize the general settings of email notification under the “Email General<\/strong>” tab.<\/p>\n

You can customize the message of all notifications under the “Email Templates<\/strong>” tab. You can customize notifications for a new claim<\/strong>, an approved claim<\/strong>, and a declined claim<\/strong> under the Email Templates. See the screenshot below.<\/p>\n

Creating Dynamic Notification:<\/h3>\n

You can use Placeholders to output dynamic value.<\/h6>\n

You can use the following keywords\/placeholder in any of your email bodies\/templates or subjects to output dynamic value. Usage: place the placeholder name between == and == <\/strong>. For Example: use ==SITE_NAME==<\/strong> to output The Your Website Name etc.<\/p>\n

==NAME==<\/strong>: It outputs The listing owner’s display name on the site
\n==USERNAME==<\/strong>: It outputs The listing owner’s user name on the site
\n==SITE_NAME==<\/strong> : It outputs your site name
\n==SITE_LINK==<\/strong> : It outputs your site name with link
\n==SITE_URL==<\/strong> : It outputs your site URL with link
\n==EXPIRATION_DATE==<\/strong> : It outputs Expiration date
\n==CATEGORY_NAME==<\/strong>: It outputs the category name that is going to expire
\n==LISTING_ID==<\/strong> : It outputs the listing’s ID
\n==RENEWAL_LINK==<\/strong> : It outputs a link to renewal page
\n==LISTING_TITLE==<\/strong> : It outputs the listing’s title
\n==LISTING_LINK==<\/strong>: It outputs the listing’s title with link
\n==LISTING_URL==<\/strong> : It outputs the listing’s URL with link
\n==ORDER_ID==<\/strong> : It outputs the order id. It should be used for order related email only
\n==ORDER_RECEIPT_URL==<\/strong> : It outputs a link to the order receipt page. It should be used for order related email only
\n==ORDER_DETAILS==<\/strong> : It outputs order details. It should be used for order related email only
\n==TODAY==<\/strong> : It outputs the current date
\n==NOW==<\/strong> : It outputs the current time<\/p>\n

Additionally, you can also use HTML tags in your template.<\/strong><\/p>\n

An example of a dynamic email template using some placeholders mentioned above is given below.<\/p>\n
