Yes. Our service packages cover setup, growth, and customization. You'll need an active Directorist license and any required extensions or themes. Product license costs are not included in service fees.

Yes. Done For You is available to all users, free and pro. That said, some features configured during setup - like advanced monetization and premium extensions, require a Directorist paid plan. If you haven't upgraded yet, we'll let you know what's needed before we begin work.

Content writing, copy, media creation, and uploading client-provided listings aren't included in any of the current packages. That said, if you need this as part of your setup, you can request a custom quote and we'll scope it out for you.

No. Payment gateway connection (Stripe or PayPal) is included in the Advanced package. Basic includes a monetization model recommendation, which covers what structure to use and how to configure it - but the actual gateway connection is part of Advanced.

After purchase, you'll fill in a short project brief. We'll need WordPress admin access and, for the Advanced package, credentials for your payment gateway accounts. We do not need FTP or hosting panel access for most packages - if we do, we'll ask specifically.

Yes. You'll receive progress updates along the way, and we'll reach out if we have questions or need a decision from you before continuing.

Each package includes a review window after handover where you can flag anything that doesn't match the agreed scope. Changes within scope are handled at no extra cost. Work outside the original scope is quoted separately.

Ongoing maintenance and hosting support are not included in any Done For You package. After handover, you're covered by standard Directorist support for plugin-related questions. If you need continued hands-on assistance, that falls under Custom Development - reach out for a quote.

For Done For You services, refund eligibility depends on whether work has begun. If you need to cancel before the project kicks off, contact us and we'll sort it out. Once work is underway, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis based on work completed.

Yes, if your main challenge is search visibility rather than configuration. Growth & SEO is specifically for directories that are set up and functioning but not getting organic traffic. If your directory has technical issues or configuration gaps on top of SEO needs, we'd recommend addressing those first - reach out and we'll advise.

Each month you'll receive a report covering organic traffic, search rankings, indexing status, and key changes from the previous month. It's designed to show you what's moving and what still needs attention, not just raw numbers.

1. Scope of Services

Each service package has a clearly defined scope as listed on this page under "What's Included" and "What's Not Included." Work outside the listed scope is considered a separate engagement and will be quoted separately.

2. Payment Terms

  • All package fees are payable in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Custom Development projects may require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due before final delivery.
  • Monthly retainer services (e.g., Growth & SEO) are billed monthly in advance.
  • All prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes or transaction fees.
