Navigate to WP Dashboard->Plugins->Add New->Upload Plugin, then select the ZIP file for Mark as Sold extension and click on Install Now.

Once the extension is installed and activated, navigate to Directory Listings->Settings->Extension Settings->Activate License, then paste the extension license and click on Activate.
