Custom Development Policy
General
We comply with the project as per the agreement. You cannot change, or add new requirements during the development process.
We reserve the right to refuse to work on additional requirements after the agreement has been signed.
Due to unexpected events, we may request you to extend the delivery date.
You will not be charged for any bug reports on our existing solutions. For fixing please contact at support@wpwax.com
Payment and refund
Full payment of the total project cost is required before the commencement of development.
Once paid, we cannot issue a refund if you change your mind. However, if we fail to deliver, we will give you a full refund.*
Due to unexpected events, we may request you to extend the delivery date.
Support
Our standard support policy does not apply to custom projects. You will receive assistance in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
After the project is deployed, we offer 60 days of assistance. Any problems resulting from our codes will be fixed within the first 60 days.
Ownership
We have the right to sell, resell, and include the modified version of the developed functionality in the core plugin/application.
If you want to claim exclusive rights, please contact us here at contact@sovware.com. In doing so, the cost will increase significantly.
If you want to resell the developed project, you must purchase Resell Rights (RR).
