Mark as Negotiating
Change a Listing Status as Negotiating: This option is also available in the frontend user dashboard.

Negotiation Notification Settings: This feature has three settings as well. The status can be changed to "Negotiating" immediately after an end-user contact the listing owner through the contact form. Or, the listing owner can manually set the status as "Negotiating" from their dashboard. The negotiation notification can be hidden as well.
