Overview: The Mark as Sold extension has two options. It lets the user set a listing status as sold which shows a sold badge on the listing preview image. The badge text is customizable. Another feature is letting the user mark a listing status as "Negotiating". In order to set a listing status as negotiating the user must have a price set for the listing. Because the "Negotiating" string replaces the Price of the listing. This string is customizable as well. Listing owners can select either of these options from their frontend dashboard.
