Directorist help and support give you vital information, warnings about the system that aids in resolving issues. You can also generate a remote URL with all the system information from the “Remote Viewing” menu and send a ticket to support without leaving the current window.

System Information
As the name suggests, System Information displays information about the system that will help you to resolve certain issues. Warning(s)
If any errors come in view on the Warning(s) tab, please resolve the issues before continuing debugging. Remote Viewing
Remote Viewing lets you generate a secret URL so you can share the system information with support or developers.
